My Process
When you first reach out, I will respond letting you know whether or not I’m available on the dates and times you’ve requested, and I may ask a few basic questions about you and your pet(s).
Confirm availability & Basic Information
If I’m available and able to provide the care you need, we will set up a time for me to meet you and your pet(s), go over care instructions, discuss logistics, and review pricing.
Meet & Greet
A day or so after our meet and greet, I will follow up to confirm what we discussed in person and provide any additional information.
Follow Up with More Information
Provide Care
Once we’ve confirmed the service details and completed any necessary documentation, the service will go on my calendar, and I’ll start caring for your pet!
Collect Payment
For overnight stays, I typically request a small down payment to book the stay, and then I will collect the remainder of the payment at the end of the stay. For drop in visits, I will normally request payment at the end of the week that services were provided.
