Agreements & Releases
Before a sitting, there are a few agreements and releases I ask every pet parent to review and sign for the health and safety of the pet parents, pets, and myself.
For each document, I’ve given a brief summary and why it’s important. Clicking on the document title button will open a new tab with the PDF for you to sign. You can either sign digitally or print and sign the hard copy.

If your pet has a medical emergency and neither you nor your emergency contact(s) are available, this release gives me permission to make medical decisions on your behalf for your pet.
In case of an emergency, this form provides me the contact information of your vet, neighbors, family, and/or friends who are able to provide information or care if I’m unable to reach you.
This agreement outlines what you’re hiring me to do, confirms you intend to pay me for services provided, and protects you and me if anything were to happen.
This release gives me permission to post photos of your pets on my website and/or social media. This is completely optional!
